This is video #1 of a series of 4 videos on how to grow microgreens. Each video will walk you through various topics to get you off to a great microgreen growing experience. This video is the first in the series and discusses the difference between sprouts and microgreens, the benefits of microgreens and show some microgreens that I’m currently growing. Successive videos will discuss the following: how to select and buy seeds, the growing medium and containers, how to water, lighting requirements, time frames to grow, how to store, as well as other topics including recipes!
