Soak the seeds for 8 hours
Keep the soil Moist, Water ONLY when it is required
Allow some sunlight for 2 to 3 hours.
Cover the seeds with soil or a cloth until they sprout?
Harvest after they grow – 1st set of true leaves (2 leaves that you see) and upto 2 to 3 inch tall
Always try to consume them raw and immediately after harvest to get the maximum benefits
They can as well be refrigerated up to 3 days.
