Eat them raw, juice them, stir fry them, there are endless ways to use microgreens in your recipes. Try garnishing pizzas, omelets, stir fries, fried rice, curries, risotto, and pasta. Use them in spring rolls, salads, smoothies, pesto, salsa verde, burgers, grilled cheese, and on avocado toast. Stuff them into tacos, pitas, wraps, sandwiches, and veggie bowls.
