ingredients:
3 ingarden seed pads of arugula microgreens
40 gram of fresh basil
40 grams of walnuts
2 small cloves of garlic, crushed
80 ml of olive oil (+ extra to adjust for your desired consistency)
pinch of lemon zest
juice of half of a small lemon (add a little at a time in case you prefer a less citrusy taste)
¼ teaspoon of salt (+ extra if needed to adjust to taste)
