As you all are aware that mustard is one of the most popular spices in an Indian kitchen. We commonly use mustard seeds, mustard oil & mustard greens as part of our diets because of its high nutritional value.
You will be excited to know that Mustard microgreens are 4-6 times more nutrient dense and zestier than mustard leafy greens.

Mustard microgreens are one of the most nutrients dense and beneficial food packed with energy boosting and disease fighting nutrients.
Mustard microgreens are packed with Vitamins (A, B6, C & E), Antioxidants, Fibre and protective Phytonutrients and Minerals (manganese, calcium, potassium, phosphorous, copper & selenium etc).

They are also one of the easiest and quickest microgreens to grow. Mustard seeds are very small in size so no need to presoak. Only in 6 -7 days small delicate greens are ready. They are too light in weight. You can eat as much as you can.
