How to Grow Microgreens – Full Walkthrough with TIPS & TRICKS – Nasturtium – On The Grow

💥This is our step-by-step guide for growing Nasturtium Empress of India Microgreens with Tips & Tricks along the way! For this Microgreen tutorial we use a hydroponic growing medium called Coco Coir that is similar in texture to soil… You can use this same methods for growing Nasturtium in soil, but you won’t add nutrients like we do to the water.

We also decided to turn this Full Walk Through grow into a little test to compare the growth of Nasturtium using two different hydroponic nutrient sources, MasterBlend tomato blend and Ocean Solution 2-0-3

✅ Nasturtium have a very unique flavor that is both Tangy and packs a spicy punch, the stems, leaves and flowers of this plant are all edible!!
