ഒരു വിത്ത് മുളച്ചു 1 മുതൽ 3 inch വരെ നീളമുള്ള കൊച്ചു ചെടികളെ ആണ് മൈക്രോഗ്രീൻസ് എന്നു പറയുന്നത് .. വലിപ്പത്തിൽ കുഞ്ഞന്മാരെങ്കിലും പോഷകഗുണങ്ങളുടെ ഒരു കലവറ തന്നെയാണ് മൈക്രോഗ്രീൻസ് .നമ്മുടെ അടുക്കളയിലെ അതെ വിത്തുകൾ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് മൈക്രോഗ്രീൻസ് നമുക്കു വീട്ടിൽ തന്നെ വളർത്തിയെടുക്കാം . മൈക്രോഗ്രീൻസ് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ഒരുപാടു സ്വാദിഷ്ടമായ വിഭവങ്ങളും ഉണ്ടാക്കിയെടുക്കാനും സാധിക്കും .അത്തരത്തിൽ എന്റെ വീട്ടിൽ kitchen ഗാർഡനിൽ മുളപ്പിച്ചെടുത്ത മൈക്രോഗ്രീൻസ്‌ use ചെയ്തു ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ ഒരു അടിപൊളി റെസിപ്പി ആണിത്.. ഒരു 5 മിനിറ്റു ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ easy യായിട്ടു നമുക്കു ഈ സാലഡ് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയെടുക്കാം .. എല്ലാവരും വീട്ടിൽ ട്രൈ ചെയ്തു നോക്കിട്ടു feedback പറയാൻ മറക്കരുത്

3. Onion. : 1 medium(Chopped)
4.Tomato. : 1 medium (Chopped)
5. Capsicum. : 1 medium (Chopped)

7.salt to taste
8. Chaat Masala. :1/2 tsp
9. Turmeric Powder. : 1/4 tsp
10. Kashmiri Chilli Powder. :1 tsp
