This video shows three very simple recipes using Microgreens and it also tries to show how can we include microgreens in our daily diet.
Microgreens are vegetable greens harvested just after the cotyledon leaves have developed. They are considered as baby plants falling somewhere between a sprout and baby greens. They are packed with vitamins, minerals and nutrients.
Here in the video, recipes are made with the homegrown microgreens with some regular ingredients.
