INGREDIENT LIST:
Meat Of Choice – We used 2 Bison Tenderloin Steaks
Soy Sauce – 1/3cup
Olive Oil – 1/2cup
Fresh Lemon Juice – 1/3cup
Woreshire Sauce – 1/4cup
Dehydrated Microgreens – 1tbs
Garlic Powder – 1 1/2tbs
Basil – 3tbs
Parsley – 1 1/2tbs
White Pepper – 1tsp
Minced Garlic – 1tsp
Hot Sauce Of Choice – 3/4tsp
For full flavor – Soak over night (about 12hours)
For less flavor- 4 to 8hour soak
Dehydrate at 158F for about 3 to 4hours
