Moong Greens: A Bunch
Oil: 1 Tsp
Mustard Seeds: 1/4 Tsp
Split Urad Dhal: 1/4 Tsp
Dried Red Chillies: 3 Nos
Curry Leaves: Few
Onion: 1 Nos
Salt: 1/4 Tsp
Grated Coconut: 3 Tbsp

1. Today lets check out how to fry Moong Greens. This Moong Greens takes only 5 days to grow and is very high in nutrients. This is a very unique and delicious side side for chapatis, rottis or even for steamed rice. Very quick and an instant recipe, so lets quickly check out the ingredients and get started.
2. Today I have taken a bunch of fresh Moong Greens.
3. Chop off the roots and you can discard them. Now let me clean wash it. Its now ready. You can roughly chop the greens and keep it ready.
4. Heat a pot and to this add 1 tsp of oil. When the oil is hot, add few mustard seeds and split urad dhal. When they splutter add 2 dried red chillies, few curry leaves and 1 onion finely chopped. Saute well for 2 mins until the onions turns transparent.
5. Now the onions are well done, so go ahead and add the chopped Moong Greens. Mix it well in medium flame.
6. Now after 1 min the Moong Greens has started to shrink, so go ahead and add 1/4 tsp of salt. Mix well for 2 minutes in medium flame.
7. Now after 2 minutes the greens are well done, so go ahead and add 3 tbsp of grated coconut. Mix it well.
8. Now our delicious Moong Greens fry is ready, so off the flame.
