In this video join me on growing microgreens at home. I am germinating payiru (moong bean), kadugu (mustard) and vendhayam (fenegreek). After 5-7 days, we can add these microgreens to recipes for getting the nutritional benefit. Soaking the seeds overnight and keeping them covered for 2 days gets the microgreens growing well. Also we are germinating and growing them without soil so we can directly wash and add them to our recipes
