Tasty and Crunchy Mung Microgreens Salad ll Mung Microgreens Side Dish



Hello everyone, in this video you will learn about a very simple and easy yet super healthy recipe for mung bean microgreens. you can make this recipe by growing mung microgreens at home ( for this please watch my earlier video on growing microgreens at home hydroponically). Here I am making it with my homegrown microgreens. This is a super delicious salad.

ingredients

100 gm mung microgreens
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon spring onion
1/2 teaspoon chilly flacks
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 and 1/2 teaspoon soya sauce
Salt to taste

Method
1. To a medium saucepan add some water
2. Bring it to boil
3. Add the microgreens into the saucepan and boil it for 2 minutes
4. Strain the microgreens immediately by a strainer
5. Wash immediately with cold water properly so that the microgreens remain crunchy
6. Now take the other ingredients
7. Take the all ingredients one by one into a bowl and mix it well
8. Take another medium-sized bowl and place the microgreens into it
9. Add salt to taste
10. Use your hand to mix it properly
11. Super healthy mung microgreen salad is ready to eat
