In previous video Tiny Gardener presented her experiment on growing Microgreens.

Let us grow healthy food in our kitchen in few days in a simple and effective way.

In this video I am going to present few recipes using Microgreens.

Micro paneer roll- 2

Micro greens- handful
Capsicum – 1 small
Onion -1,
Paneer cubes 50 gm,
Olive oil 1 tsp,
Peri peri masala powder 1 tsp,
Tomato ketchup 2 tbs,
Roti 2,
Grated cheese 4 tbs,
Salt- to taste,
i. Cut capsicum, onion and paneer.
ii. Add the capsicum and onion in a frying pan with 1tsp of olive oil and sauté it for 1 minute.
iii. And then add the paneer cubes.
iv. Add some peri peri masala or piri piri masala.
v. Then some salt and some tomato ketchup.
vi. Mix thoroughly.
vii. Once done mixing, let it cool for a while.
viii. Then make a soft and thin roti.
ix. Then take the filling and place it in the middle of the roti.
x. On top of the filling, add some grated cheese.
xi. Then put some.
xii. After putting, roll it.
xiii. And it is ready!

Green sandwich (for 2)

Whole wheat bread – 4 slices,
Cheese spread – 4 tsp,
Micro greens – handful,
Sliced paneer – 50 gm,
Paprika powder – 1 tsp,
Salt to taste,
Seasoning – 1 tsp,
Milk – 2 tsp,
Onions – 1,
Tomatoes – 1,
Olives – 2 tsp,
Mayonnaise – 2 tsp
i. Take 2 slices of bread.
ii. In one of the slices, add some cheese spread.
iii. Then cut the paneer into thin slices.
iv. On top of it, add paprika powder.
v. Add some salt.
vi. Add some seasoning.
vii. Add some milk and mix it carefully.
viii. And then pan fry it for 30 sec.
ix. In the slice we added cheese spread, place the fried paneer slices.
x. Then add some onions and some tomatoes.
xi. Cut the micro greens and place on top of the sandwich.
xii. Add some olives.
xiii. In the other slice spread some mayonnaise and place it on the other one.
xiv. Enjoy!
