Grow your food || Don’t waste food.
Everyone should have garden & has to grow their food. If you guys don’t have land or terrace no worries at least you can start growing leafy vegetables in less sunlight also in your balconies.

Gardening is good for our mental health, it can reduce stress and make you feel more energized. Plants require a lot of attention. Learning how to care for the plants properly from watering to weeding is a great lesson in responsibility for kids so it’s good for kids too.

And we can cook yummy food with organic veggies.

Thank you
