Broccoli Microgreens!! Dirt vs Hydroponics!?!
In this experiment, Mandi tests out growing Broccoli Microgreens with two dirt (soil) groups and two hydroponic groups to see which growing method will win!
Using soil to grow Microgreens is one of the most common methods, as it is a staple in traditional farming! However with urban farming, you’ll usually see a lot of people using hydroponics where there is no soil used. Instead you use a grow mat of sorts and water to grow Microgreens, Vegetables, Fruits, Edible Flowers or even Houseplants!
